I have successfully configured Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup between Dynamics NAV 2017 CU9 and Dynamics 365 version 8.2 except enabling "Sales Order Integration".
I receive the below error when enabling sales order integration

Page Edit - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup must close.
