Unable to enable Sales Order Integration on CRM Connection Setup

Hello

I have successfully configured Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup between Dynamics NAV 2017 CU9 and Dynamics 365 version 8.2 except enabling "Sales Order Integration".

I receive the below error when enabling sales order integration

The system is unable to connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Detailed description: Unable to Login to Dynamics CRM

Page Edit - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup must close.

knowing that I am using the administrator account

Any help??

Hassan,

I ran into similar problems on the Customer/Account table. It turned out that we had to pull the codeunit as text and it needed to match file sizes with CRM. MS worked with me on this and it turned out that a lot of Text sizes were different in CRM because it is so customizable. Once updated, I was able to manually couple one customer to test - you should be able to do this with the Sales order. On my issue, we had to update codeunit 5341 & 5342. I hope this helps - it seems like CRM Connector errors are not that clear.
