How Can I Delete Prod order line whose ledger entry created?

Dear All

I want to delete production order line whose ledger created pleas hemp me I want delete at any cost.

Firstly why you want to delete it, once you post the consumption i.e. once it has associated entries you can delete the line. Reverse the production order consumption using the below method and then try to delete the line

As soon as you have Item ledger entries, you can not delete Production Order Line.

Better you revert the ledger entries (Both Consumption & Output) and change the production order status to Finished.

Do not try to delete the entries else would have issue in Inventory Costing.

Actually I want to finish that order but error shows that line no 30000 have posted with 0(Zero) consumption but physically consumption done with output.

please help me I can provide you TeamViewer for finish that order.

Better you post the consumption against line No. 30000 and finish the order. Go to Production Journal or Consumption Journal. It would show you pending quantity to be consumed.

Do you see any Item Ledger Entries (Consumption) against Line No. 30000? Have you posted the Output as well for this line no.?

I think either Consumption or Output is missing against 30000 line no. and hence system is not allowing you to finish the order.

Once you complete both Consumption & Output against this line no., you should be able to finish the order.

Can you re-check and see if it works? Also, attach the exact error message screen shot here (while changing the status to finish), if nothing works.

Hi,

Message clearly indicates that, you have posted the consumption for line no. 30000, however not posted any output entries against it.

Better you post Output for Line No. 30000 and then system would allow you to finish the order.
