SO proforma packing slip not working

SO proforma packing slip is not working on my AX 2012 R3 environment. When I click on the 'Proforma packing slip' button under 'Pick and Pack' Action pane tab nothing happens, it does not respond. The button is enable and can be click. Even 'Picking list' and' Packing Slip' button is not working, other button is working. This was working before and suddenly not functioning. Hope you can provide advise.

    Can you check below stuff

    1. Did you change any security stuff recently

    2. Have you did any customization recently

    3. Please clear your cache (tool - option - usage data)

    if it is not working please clear AUC* file and check.

    Only think I can guess for now is the compilation issue because of the recent code changes in the relevant area. You can give a try by compiling the responsible classes for the same.
