Recently we upgraded CRM 2015 to CRM 2016, when I was trying to install CRM 2016 email router, it required us to install the window live assistant 6.5 , but

When i run the Window live sign in assistant installer, the installer ended without doing anything? is anyone encounter this issue before? I am using Window Server 2012 R2

Hi,

Restart your machine.

Download the installer from Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant 6.5 (32 bit or 64 bit based on OS).

Solution : Enable internet connection in Server, directly install the Window Live Sign in Assistant using Email Router Installer.
