Either you can create separate user login for Analysis services and specify the account name directly in the account user name text box else you can specify existing account name and password.

Thanks for the reply but doing this process it proceed to the next step configure but there there is 5 file which is failed to install....
What kind of error you are getting in next process?
the error which was getting is :
- " [Error Message]
The specified credentials for the SQL Server service are not valid. To continue, provide a valid account and password for the SQL Server service..."
You should not use NT Service as accounts. It is highly advised to create Active Directory users as service accounts, and provide those. Please read the installation documentations on TechNet/MSDN, it is all described in there.
