Is there a mechanism to associate incident/work order attributes to particular skills.

So for instance, we have a work order called AC Service. Now based on make and model of the AC, we need to select the proper resource. There are too many combination of make and model to create separate incidents for each. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Rohit.

I first would try to use the incident type. However. There are resource requirements related to the work order, you need to add the skill to it.
