Hi everyone,
I need to generate a pro forma Packing slip from a sales order, and to do this I need activate the flag "Print Packing Slip" and that flag doesn't be enable to edit, what could i do to resolve this?

There is a warning message for your quantity selection 'picked'.
Have you picked the items?
If not, pick them or use another selection.
In case you still see the issue, reach out to your system admins to ensure that you have sufficient user rights to execute this transaction.

I want to generate a pro forma packing slip, and just to change quantity paramters to "all" and I use an user that is administrator. the problem persist

The screenshot seems to include some modified fields/parameters.
Is it possible that those modifications are responsible for this behavior?
Can you talk to your system admins/colleagues that have insights into those adjustments?
Thank you Ludwig, We checked the code of the form and found that the problem was originating from the Mexican Location that disable that parameter.
