We work with 20 different legal entities in Dynamics 365 HR, all of those have employees with employee contracts that expire and the workers will be exciting. HR has to renew the contract. However, we have to look in every legal entity for itself to see which employees are exciting. Is there a way to generate an overview of all exciting workers across legal entities? Or to set up a workflow so the HR Assistant gets a notification when a worker is exciting?

In the employee list you should have this option as below. If you don't then you need to activate the feature 'streamlined employee entry'
You could set up a notification as part of task management offboarding checklist or if you want email notification you have to build power automate solution

I suggest you use the Odata excel report. This will give you all company data including employment dates. You don't need to import or export data manually and save time. This will automatically refresh data for you and you can filter the data as per your requirement.
