We use our Parent/child customer relationships to identify and reward our business partners. Parent customers can buy product at a wholesale cost, then resell at our MSRP, or child customers can order directly through us, and if they identify their parent customer, they get free shipping, and the parent customer gets a credit to their account. This was all setup before I took over management of GP, and appears to have worked without error for months after I joined the company. Recently, I've noticed that the automatic Credit Memos have been created for customers that are inactive. I can manually delete those credit memos, but I'd like to find and confirm that whatever automation is doing all it can to avoid creating transactions for inactive customers. I'm not sure even sure if the CRM gets created by a SQL Stored Procedure or something built into GP 18. KohlsFeedback.com
Checking in to see what you may have learned. Hoping for something, because we apparently have the exact same setup (free shipping for retail, credit for parents, and even GP 18).
Do you have any integration bringing data from external source ?
GP default behaviour don't allow creation of Credit Memo for Inactive customers.
