The email addresses for all our users have been changed. Is it possible to test and enable all users together or do I have to manually test and enable for each user?

When I have run into this in the past with large new user requests.
I had made an advance find and was able to test and enable in bulk.
But this may not be the best answer based on your total employee count.

When you click on the 'TEST & ENABLE MAILBOX' button, you can see that you can select three options in the dialog box.
Selected records on the current page
All records on the current page
All records on all pages in the current view
You can create one new view and add filters as your needs, then switch to the new view and select 'All records on all pages in the current view' to test and enable them.
