Hi,
We need to fetch Candidate (the one who is applying for the JOB) and Job Application (for which Job the candidate is applying) data.
We are using Microsoft Forms Pro to store extra information / self-assessment of Candidate while applying for the Job, and storing that extra information to CDS using Microsoft Flow, we are getting all the Candidates Extra Information in Microsoft Flow from the Microsoft Form Pro except required information i.e. CandidateID and Job Application Number for which Candidate is applying or say filling this extra information.
Please advice.

Can you please clarify where are you looking at to get the CandidateID and Job Application Number? Based on your description I believe that this information can be retrieved from CDS entities, such as Candiate, Job application.

To capture additional information(e.g ethnicity) from candidate while applying for a job, we are using Microsoft Form Pro , but it does not capture the candidate ID and Job application number in our results.
So, how will we know that the response received is of which candidate and corresponding to which job?
(based on which screening is to be done)

I am not sure if I understood correctly, but you mentioned that you are not able to capture the candidate ID and Job application number in your results.
From where the "Canditate ID" and "Job Application" data are coming from? From Forms Pro survey you created?
If those data mentioned above are submited via Forms, than you should be able to retrieve the information submitted using the option to "Get Response Details" that would bring you the information submitted.
The candidate ID and Job Application is not coming from Forms Pro.
It is associated to the Job which we create in Attract.
So, basically we want the responses provided by candidate to be tied to the specific Job and the candidate to be captured. (to identify for which job which candidate submitted the response)
What is the plan you have in mind to link those 2 sources? I mean you have a set of information coming from Forms and other part on Attract. So my question is, what similar information we do have on both?
Because we will need at least a piece of information to be able to perform a comparison and match between the candidate and the job position he applied.
My suggestion is, check the details received when the form is submitted and see what you could compare with the data on the other side.
