    Hi David,

Can you check the hardware resource consumption? How many GB memory is allocated for this server and is in use? What hardware is involved, for AOS but also for SQL servers? What is the disk usage during this starting?

It can be related to the "Watson" error, but also due to shortage on hardware resources.

This service was working working perfect before i have checked and the server only uses 1% cpu 11 % RAM

I've seen examples of AOS Service startup be stuck if the service has insufficient access to the either the underlying databases or the file system.

    Hi David,

Probably you may find some additional information in the event logs. You already found something related to "Watson". Probably there is more. What caused the service to be stopped?

This is another event LOG"The Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server 6.2$01-AXTPL2012R2 service is marked as an interactive service.  However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services.  This service may not function properly."

    Hello David!

From the log i can see that you are not using a domain account for the Dynamics AX Service account.

Please open the Services.MSC from the Administration Tool and look for the "Microsoft Dynamics AX..." Service, give a right click on it, click at the "Log On" tab and than uncheck the "Allow servisse to Interact with desktop.

    Try to start the service!
