Visibility Issue: Environment and Custom App Not Appearing in Power Apps Mobile

Dear D365 Community,
I am currently facing an issue where the Environment and Custom App are not visible in Power Apps Mobile for a specific user. To provide context, I have assigned the Sales ReadOnly team a security role with permissions limited to reading contacts only. This team is exclusively comprised of the user facing this visibility challenge and is associated with the new business unit Sales Unit.
Furthermore, I have assigned this role to only one app in d365, namely the Sales app. On desktop, the user is able to see only the designated app, which is functioning as intended. However, the issue arises when using Power Apps Mobile, as the user is unable to see the app on their phone. Additionally, upon further investigation, it was observed that the user is unable to view the associated environment when accessing admin.powerapps.com.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in determining if there might be any discrepancies in the security role or business unit workflow that could be contributing to this issue.
