What's the best way to disable to create new PR button without necessarily customizing it? can this be done from the AOT?

Hi,
One way is to set enable/allowedit property on the button to no.By doing so, it's becomes disabled completely on the form irrespective of any condition. This should be done by navigating to the form on AOT.
Can't you use security?
By the way, going through AOT is customisation.
if you need to disable it for all users, just set disable property yes for this object
and if you need to disable it for a specific user, you can create some codes in init method for this form
