Is it possible to know if someone has used the partner account on OmniChannel?
 
We have partner who contacted us and is concerned about the chat they had with MBS – English EMEA yesterday.
 
Partner: Manon Degenkamp
Account Number: 6577220
 
They would like to know if his account has been compromised as he is not working yesterday but someone was able to use her login.

    Thank you for the response.
     
    This is the interface we have on OmniChannel and the issue was from the external partner's end and not from one of the internal users.  Could you please advise further?

    You can use User Adoption Monitor to monitor user login and logout activity.

    I'm sorry, but it's not clear to me how can we tell you whether it was your team member talking to the partner using your chat tool.
     
    Regarding the tool, is it somehow related to Dynamics 365? If not, you seem to be at a wrong place.

    We have a chat tool that the partner uses to contact our team (Microsoft Dynamics on Premise Escalation Management Team) EOC ROC. And our chat queue name is MBS – English EMEA.

    Not really sure which forum I should raise the request, so I have posted my request to 3 different forums here.

    Also, it's not clear to me what the communication between the partner and "MBS – English EMEA" (whoever it is) has to do with you and how your peers in this community forum can help.
