error while creating intercompany order

Item for product id MMUA025030T, product name MUATTAR MUMTAZ 9724T 50GM missing in company oas1, operation stopped - neither purchase orders nor intercompany sales orders have been created

what could be the reason?

Hi,

1)change the product name in Product variants under Product Master

2) when making sales order if you go Line details and then General tab, the text is coming from Product Variants. Once u edit the variants, it will work.

Make sure the product is released into your target company by checking if it exists in the Released products, while you are in the oas1 entity. Make sure that the details are matching of your setup with the source company.

Dear Vilmos,

I have a same problem and already check there is exists the Released Product and the details of the released product is same with another product that success while creating PO. We create the product using template.

the infolog is :

Item for product id XXX missing in company BBB, operation stopped - neither purchase orders nor intercompany sales orders have been created.
