Sending parameters to a form through drill through

Hi.
 
I have a pie chart with a chart pattern in form and I want another form to open when I click on the one entry.
 
I am opening a form by giving menu item name in SysBuilding, but I want to send parameters with too. How can I acheive this?
 
For example I have three parameters StoreId, Month and Year and I to set the range of the dataset with these three values.
