I am creating MANY new accounts. When using the Mass Modify feature to copy a range of accounts to create new accounts and selecting the option Using the Description from Account Segments, Mass Modify inserts tripple dashes (Example: Netflix AR- - -Amber-) It's using up 3 of the 30 characters of the description field and we really need them.

Does anyone know how to eliminate the tripple dashes?

Dynamics GP account mass modify adds double dashes to name when using Names from Segment

Sounds like the segments have not been named at Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Financial > Segment.
