Register created in the Portal - Switch to Omnichannel
Hey guys. I have a portal, where I have a contact form that the user fills out, with information for an agent to return the contact, such as: phone number and name.
How do I pass this on to Omnichannel so that an agent fulfills the request, and gets in touch with the person?Thank you!
