Hi Fredrik, just solve it. Is actually the lasted sequence statement to the earliest by period.

First, I believe the pay statements are based on the order of the earning statements.  The earning statements are based on the RECID for HCMWorker table assigned when you enter a new employee.  Could be wrong but that is the way it looks.

    Hi Sam,

    Thanks for the answer.

It is exactly retrieving sequence from Earning statement.

However, I am curious to what extend, it was arrange during generating earnings statement in the first place?

As far I know is doesn't follow employee number or employee name (alphabetical order).

    Hi Ethan,

The pay statements are in the same order as the earnings statements.  There is an entry in the table HCMWorker that is a record ID field.  It is basically a system generated number that follows the order of when the workers were put into AX.  This number is the sort order for these reports.  I don't particularly like this being the sort order.  I would prefer the personnel number.  As you enter a new employee, they will end up at the end of the batch.
