Approval Workflow Delegation Setup

Do you have any guides on how to setup Approval Workflow Delegation Setup?

Right now we are using Dynamic AX and Dynamics 365


For example:

Final Approver files a leave for 5 Days and he want to delegate all of his Approvals to the first Approver. 

Looking forward for your expertise.

    Hello Daniel,

    The Approver needs to navigate to Tool > User Option.  On the User Option, go to  teh Workflow FastTab. In the Delgation Menu, add a line and select the scope of teh delegation.  All delegates all work items assigned by workflow, Moduel is all workflows for a specific Module and Workflow is teh specific workflow. So Indivudual workflow work items can be delegated to different users.

    Note that teh user has to have the proper Security role to approve. Eg Purchase Order Approval requires Procuement Manager, etc.

    I am quite new to D365 and have the below query
     
    If we assign the necessary security role, then the user(to whom you want to delegate) will anyways be notified to approve.
    So wouldn't the delegation be useless ?
