There is a settings in zendesk that allows users belonging to same organization/company to view cases opened by other users in the same/user's organization.

Yes, it is possible to do this.
1.You could share this record to others.
2.You could create a Team with Business Unit level permission of Read for this entity, and add all the users you want to share in this Team, and then all the team members will be able to share their records.

According to me this would involve making changes in the users security roles. For example, lets say you have two Business Units (BUs) in your parent organization: BU A and BU B. You want the users belonging to BU A to view the Cases owned by the other users in BU A, then you would assign the BU level security privilege to the users' security role in Dynamics 365.
