Create Interaction - The Salutation Formula does not exist.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this error and also if there is a good manual on creating different interactions, interaction templates, interaction groups, etc as I am a little lost in getting this CRM aspect of NAV setup for our Team Sales department.

    Goto Sales&Marketing - > Setup - Interaction -> Salutations.  Select the Salutation MR and click from Action  Formulas.  I think the contact you selected has Salutation Code MR, Language Code ENC, Salutation Formal. Check if the Saluation Formula has this matching record if not create one.

    I am having this same problem but using NAV Classic. Can you point me to a document that would address Interactions in Classic?
