Hi All,

When it comes to the workflow framework, what are the key concepts/components to know before implementing it?

Also, would the following material be the good starting point and still applicable for D365?

Hi,

The link you provided that is correct to start from scratch.

However, in Community forum, there are many many blogs on workflow, you may kindly do some research here on the blogs.

community.dynamics.com/.../mycommunity

I could share few however, I think you could probably choose based on your expertise.

Hello ShawnDEV,

There have been a number of suggestions to get started with workflows.

For what business processes do you plan to implement them?

Sometimes, the 'D365FO' workflows are not sufficient and lack some features.

In this case you can leverage the PowerPlatform and combine the D365FO workflows with the PowerPlatform.

Also have a look at this integration to get a full picture of the possibilities.
