Hello all,

is there any way in dynamics 365 to do a work process by pressing a shortcut key?

for example, i need the user to create a sales order with specific parameter like customer, site.. and so on, by pressing specific shortcut key.

if there's anything like this please let me know.

Hi sallam,

What do you mean by "specific parameter"?

You could do specific action with keyboard shortcuts

Have you read about this:

Hi Sallam,

I think you can‘t do what you want to achieve with a shortcut, but you can also reduce the effort by providing default values in the init() method of the data source when you create a sales order.

Hi w.sallam,

Just to add few things, do not hardcode these parameters in your code in init() method. Create separate params in the parameter table so it is user-configurable and can be changed later from UI.
