Hi,
I am trying to send out a quick campaign as a System Administrator role. Every time I ticked & open the templates I get the below issue:
I have tried different browsers & incognito, cleared all cache & cookies for all time, but I can't get the selector to appear. I need this campaign to go out today urgently, could anyone help with this please?
Please try this change as it resolved our issues.
Hi, am also facing the same issue.. anyone knows the possible resolution?
In case others have this issue, the roles mentioned in the accepted answer no longer exist in D365. What we found is that the user needs Read, Append, and Append to set on the Language entity under Core Records:
cloflyMao I'm seeing the same issue BUT this is happening in D365 Sales: Quick Campaign. Admin account users can access the template. I can't locate "Marketing Data Import" to give that permission to the users without Sysadmin.
What is the missing permission for D365 Sales with the same issue?
We are having the same issue, but I'm not seeing "Marketing Data" as an option in the Security Roles. Did the name change?
Hi Lucy,
Please check whether any of your security role has full privileges to Marketing Data Import entity, the entity can be found in Custom Entities tab.
Regards,
Clofly
