I need to add 3 fields-Contact name ,contact number ,contact id in account form and
then add those fields in contact entity and link account and contact entities and
add contact as primary contact in account form and retriev data
how? if any link or steps are there please sahre with me.

First, you customize the contact entity and add the required fields and customize also account and add subgrid of contact on the account if you want to retrieve contact information. If you want to have contact as primary contact then add the contact as lookup filed on the account.
