Ax 2012 inbound port can't be deployed

I have inbound in ax 2012, there are multiple AIF services included there. I mean operation from those services are included. It was working for a long time & work on production but can't start on tst environment. The error message is:

"The port 'NyNameServices' could not be deployed. Error: Timed out waiting for a program to execute. The command being executed was 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\csc.exe' /noconfig /fullpaths '@C:\Users\ServiceAcc\AppData\Local\Temp\yg3yhd4e.cmdline'."

If i check the event log there are only good logs, firstly:

Activating services: /MicrosoftDynamicsAXAif60/CrmServices/xppservice.svc . . . all services are visible there

And log for each service that service host is created succesfully.

What to try? Seems like everything is good with the services and IIS. No error logs or something. Where to try to find what is the root cause of this error or any logging? Where to increase the timeout and on what is this timeout?
