Error when try to delete a Company

Hi, when I try to delete company, BC show this message. Is a D365 BC 21.0 onpremise.
 
Any ideas, what could be happen.

    Hello good evening
    You can find more information in the event viewer of the service o database server.
    I have ever seen it due to memory performance on the service or database server, also due to disk capacity.
    I hope you solve it soon

    Hi Sir,
     
    If you don’t have the relevant permissions to access particular companies, you won’t be able to access, amend or delete them.
    it’s worth mentioning that you can only delete a company you’re not presently in. So in that instance, simply switch out from the company beforehand.

    Hi, sorry I haven't encountered this problem. But the first half of the error message is the same as the lock table.
    More details:
     
    If there are no problems with your license and permissions, it is recommended to try again when no users are logged in.
     
    Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.
