Dear Experts,
Kindly note that when trying to generate historical reports, it is showing AA columns empty.
we find that aag40000...aag40003 are empty.
Please advise how do they work? when they will be filled? and how to fix it?
regards,
ER
Is this the first year you are using AA? You may want to refer to this link. support.microsoft.com/.../-41f3e9d4-d3c7-95b2-e144-0e8b640ddb44
AA is turned ON, AAG30000.... have data! only AAG40000... don't have data.
The tables that start with aag are the Analytical Accounting tables. If this is not turned on then these would typically not have data. Are you using Analytical Accounting?
If you are not using AA then I would look at these tables to build reports:
GL10000 – Transaction Work/Unposted (header)
GL10001 – Transaction Work/Unposted (line detail)
GL10110 – Open Year Summary Master
GL10111 – Historical Year Summary Master
GL20000 – Open Year Posted Transactions
GL30000 – Historical Year Transactions
