Check Box and Radio Button

Hi All

I was trying for the first time with development of a existing internal customization form with the addition of check box and radio button. 

I have created enum with 2 values and linked with the table as a new field. Also i have created a EDT field NoYesID.

When i had dragged the same in the form design assuming it will as an option/radio button and Check box. But it populated as completed drop down field and another field as toggle option field with yes and no

I need to created completed field as option  or radio button and toggle option field as checkbox

Appreciate if anyone could let me know if any other edt or enum to be selected

    Add manually (right click/new) and select the type you want (radio button / check box) and set EDT/Enum  instead of drag and drop

    thanks for the reply. It worked for the option button but did not work for check box

    It is still showing as toggle button
