Black screen when using Dynamics 365 in Outlook

Hello guys

I'm experiencing a very peculiar issue, that sporadically makes the Outlook UI turn black, when attempting to track emails from Outlook and into Dynamics (I have attached a screenshot underneath).

I have also attempted to clear out all my caches, which did solve the issue for a limitied time (however, I still experienced minor bugs during that time aswell). I can't seem to find any information on this anywhere else, so i'm hoping that anyone in here has seen, or helped solve this issue before.

If you have any insight I would be glad if you would share it with me!
