    1) Does this problem occur only with Top vendors by YTD report? Or all reports?

    2) Is the user account that is mentioned in the error message the same that the user who is running the report?

    3) Can the user print other reports? Can the user login to AX?

Can you provide answer to below questions?

    >Any specific user face this issue or all users?

    >If any specific user then can this user open other reports or same issue with all reports for this user?

    Hello yeiner,

Can other users run and open the report?

If this is the case then there might be a user rights issue for this specific user.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Does each user get exactly the same error message, meaning is the user account that is mentioned in the error message always the same? Do you have any idea where the user account that is mentioned in the error message is used? Or is that the user who is trying to run the report?

Is this user account still valid/active? Has the password of this account been changed recently?

Usually only following accounts should be involved in the report processing:

    - AOS service account

    - SSRS service account

    - SSAS service account

    - BC proxy account

    - The account of the user who is running the report

    Is the report customized?
