I have added inspections to the menu and know how to create an Inspection and add to a service task etc. However, I do not know how to get the inspection to appear on the mobile app in a work order. Can anyone advise on the steps I need to take and if there are any additional fees?
Per documentation: You must download and import a new mobile project template into the mobile configuration tool (Woodford) to use inspections on Field Service Mobile during public preview. Download the mobile project template for inspections. For more information on mobile project templates, see the topic on importing the mobile project template.
The FS Mobile app is 13.2.212.0 and Woodford version is 13.1.0.49339? Is this what version you are working with?

Thank you, I have managed to add the Inspection as a service task to an assigned WO, but I am only seeing the heading and not the template that shows the inspection questions when open on the app. But when I look on the system WO the template is visible with icon.
In the latest version of FS Mobile you will even see an icon on every WO Service Task that has an associated inspection template:

The inspections are included in the Field Service license. You will need to schedule a work order to a resource first and open the booking/work order on the mobile phone so just follow the doc docs.microsoft.com/.../inspections
