Is there is solution to extend FS to Call Centre solution?
Nya pointed you to a great blog that shows the customer service solution and the handoff between customer service app and field service. There is a whole app called customer service focused on the call center. When a customer service case cannot be resolved, you can convert this to a Work Order and Field Service takes over from there.
