Updating data with Config. Package Import

Suppose you use Import From Excel function on a Config. Package and some of the data within the Excel file already exists in the target database. You could set "Delete Table" option against the table in the Config. Package, but that would totally empty the table prior to the import. Other than manually deleting the data from the table via the appropriate Page, is there no other way to use Config. Package to do a partial import and replace any data where PK value already exists?
