So, when I sent the invoice by electronic mail, I wrote a text and I saw that when there is a symbol with € or a letter with an accent, I wrote a ?

Could you give me an image of where the TextEncoding::UTF8 for the text is encoded? I don't see how to do it.

Hi,

When you are sending text through email, use TextEncoding::UTF8 for the text.
