does anyone know if it's possible to change the order of these command button on sales order product grid, it's extra clicks to see Add product button.

Have you looked into using the Ribbon Workbench tool within the XrmToolBox? https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/plugins/RibbonWorkbench2016/

This tool will allow you re-order the buttons.
