Hi,
We are getting "Access denied" error while trying to create new Vendor with "database logging" activated. Any idea/ suggestion?

Which security roles are assigned to this user? Do you have customized roles? Does this user have the System user role assigned? This system user role has essential permissions for running AX.

There are some standard and some customized roles. Users are able to create vendor without database logging enabled. But, when they try to create vendor using same roles assigned to them as before, it won't work after enabling database logging.
Have you tried checking what duties are assigned to this specific role? Then investigate what privileges are in within that duties. Privileges will have menu items(entry points) and each entry points will have different access level(create, read, update and delete). Maybe this roles doesn't have proper access level/rights to the form(menu items). This would by recommendation in terms of where to start troubleshooting.

Like mentioned above, check if the user has the System user role assigned. It is related to security. Is it reproducible with e.g. a combination of the System user role and the standard Accounts Payable manager role?
