There is this steps in which I am getting blocked.
Use the following guidance when determining which PowerApps environment to deploy Talent into:

In LCS, select Manage environments, or go directly to the PowerApps Admin center where you can view existing environments and create new environments.
And once I try to select the environment by clicking on Add link in LCS it does not show the any environment which I created in PowerApps
