I am trying to connect to CRM 2016 through plugin registration tool. I have IFD and Claim based authentication enabled for this. CRM is on prem. But it is not connecting. I tried with Active Directory, IFD and OAuth. It is not allowing me to enter the credentials when i select OAuth.

I remember having issues there. Try to enter the domain to the domain name.
If you are talking about how to set your credentials in CBA/IFD:
Domain: write what you want, it doesn't matter, but the field must not be empty. You can put the domain for example :)Username: domain\username (The domain is mandatory here !)
