We created a inspection form in d365, under service task and now i need to show them on word template where primary entity is work order.  But Work order has no relation with Inspection entity or any other customer survey question or response enitity.

Is there any other way to get such form in our d365.

Inspection results are in Inspection Responses. You can parse the result in Power Automate flow and use that data in word templates. Useful link: docs.microsoft.com/.../inspections-advanced.
