We have setup the email confirmations to be sent to suppliers and it's working perfectly. However, as standard the email contains only a PDF attachment with no information in the body of the email. As such a number of suppliers have had an issue where their spam checker sends the PO confirmation to spam because there is no body to the email.
Is it possible to change the information, add any information for that matter, to this PO confirmation email and if so where?
The initial though I had was to attach a email template > Org Admin > Email templates to the PO confirmation email, but cant find the form or where the email is actually generated from to do this.
The email subject says 'Purchase Order Confirmation' but the body contains no information. Where would this be held in the AOT - looked in some logical places but can't see it anywhere. My thought is that if the Subject Contains text it must be possible to add text to the body as well.
