Hi everyone,
I’ve created a format for sales orders in Electronic Reporting and set the customer e-invoice parameter attachment to "Yes." As a result, when I print a sales order, the PDF is successfully attached in the invoice journal. However, I would like to achieve the same outcome with free text invoices. Despite the configuration, the attachment does not appear in the invoice journal.
I’ve already checked both the electronic reporting attachment configuration and the format itself, and they are identical in both cases. Am I missing any additional configuration, or is this result not possible to achieve?

Thank you for your response. I'm using the same company. I've also set the eInvoice attachment to 'Yes,' and in the electronic reporting jobs, the log confirms that both the free text invoice PDF and the sales order PDF were created successfully. However, I'm still unable to attach them to the invoice journal.
Thanks sharing your experience! I had already forced the format conversion to PDF, as demonstrated in the link you provided, but I still can't get the PDF attached to the Invoice Journal. Interestingly, if I use the standard FreeInvoice.Report format configured in the Form setup, the attachment is generated successfully for the Free Text Invoice. I've already tried with another legal entity as well.
