Hi:

I don't usually receive error messages, upon trying to e-mail from within Business Central.

But, I received this one pasted below.

This environment was recently updated to v26.

How do I eliminate this error, for successful e-mailing?

Thanks!

John

You need to provide sufficient permission sets from BC and MS365 if you are using shared mailboxes.
    See if this helps -

It looks like a permission issue, but I'm not sure if it's the BC user's permission.
There should be a more detailed error message in the Share details, you can also share it.

    Thanks.

It looks like the user doesn't have permission to "Send on Behalf" the shared mailboxes. You can contact your IT and set the "Send on Behalf" permission in your Microsoft Exchange.
