Which browser are you using ? Did you try in another browser ? How is the performance if you open on the server ?

how is the speed when running the web client direct on the nav server and/or where you installed iis ?

if it's ok, then network settings can be the reasons (firewall, ...)

It might be caused by network configuration (check is there a difference when running the web client on server and on local remote machine. Is this slow performance on many working machines for all users or only for one specific machine where you use it?

It might be also caused by antivirus software installed on local machine, or lack of hardware resources, e.g. memory lack.
