
Certain users in my company are reporting that the "Email A Link" button on the Opportunity entity does not work. However, it does work for other users. Any idea how I can fix this? Could it be a security role issue?

I don't think it's related to privileges. I believe it's related to configuration of browser. Email a link has "mailto:" url behind so I would recommend to check settings of browser like it is suggested here - stackoverflow.com/.../mailto-links-do-nothing-in-chrome-but-work-in-firefox
