Display related Navigation table on a tab

Hi all,

Does D365 have OOB functionality to display Opportunities on a related tab as a Tab next to summary tab on an Account? Or does this need require custom development? I have tried to use the Associated Grid control on the form but this is not the quite same.

Unfortunately, you can't make it exactly the same, We can only try to emulate it:

--Adding one new tab and add sub-grid related to opportuniy.

What is the 'Associated Grid control'?

Related Tab(Navigation) provides access to the related entities in dynamics 365.

By default, it show entity associated view under this tab, and you can select other views.

You can create one new tab next Summary, then add one sub-grid control and select any views(but associated view can't be selected, this is by-design):

--Also, you can refer to the system opportunity associated view to create another new one, and select the new as default view:
