Unfortunately, you can't make it exactly the same, We can only try to emulate it:
--Adding one new tab and add sub-grid related to opportuniy.
What is the 'Associated Grid control'?
Related Tab(Navigation) provides access to the related entities in dynamics 365.
By default, it show entity associated view under this tab, and you can select other views.
You can create one new tab next Summary, then add one sub-grid control and select any views(but associated view can't be selected, this is by-design):
--Also, you can refer to the system opportunity associated view to create another new one, and select the new as default view:
--In the 'Data Source' section, You will notice that there are two opportunity options, this is because there are two 1:N relationships between the account and the opportunity, through different lookup fields
--If you want to be the same as on the navigation side, pick the correct relationship option:
