Number Sequence alphanumeric has to be set both beginning and ending

Hi,

I set a number sequence as Company(XXX) -PO-alphanumeric (7)

XXX-PO-#######

Now I have to change  number sequence to add 20  alphanumeric charcters in the beginning.

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&-XXX-PO-#######

The existing number sequence is limiting me after 10 &'s.

How could I change this?
