Dax 2012 R2 CustTable issues

Hi, 

I'm in process of upgrading to R2 and AX is acting strange .

1. When I open CustTableListPage is empty like this http://i.imgur.com/u6Yrxvj.png

(No changes to the form ) 

2. When I open CustTable form  the client crashes  all the time and from different computers .

I can see the data when I browse the table  http://i.imgur.com/sKBpmF7.png

I did run the debugger like this "c:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\Debuggers\x86\adplus.exe" -crash -pn  ax32.exe -o c:\hang

Any hints?

    Duplicated the forms and update the reference for menu and works !
